Terms & Conditions
Please read the following information carefully before placing an order for any goods.
Payment
Credit/debit card transactions are processed by PayPal on their secure site. If you are at all uncomfortable with using an online payment service then please select the ‘Pay By Cheque’ option at checkout. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for cheques to clear. Please make cheques payable to ‘Wildberry'. Any charges incurred by Wildberry due to unpaid cheques will be passed to the issuer.
Delivery
Your order will be sent to you within 5 days of receiving payment. Please note that if you are paying by cheque, your purchases will be sent to you once the cheque payment has cleared. If there is a delay beyond the normal 5 day period, I will contact you by email and inform you of the progress of your order.
The cost for postage is £2.00 within mainland UK, regardless of the size of your order. All items are gift wrapped, securely packaged and sent Recorded Signed For™ via Royal Mail. Please note that I do not take responsibility for delayed or non-delivery of items due to factors beyond my control.
If you are ordering from outside mainland U.K., please get in touch for delivery costs.
Returns
If you are not delighted with your goods for any reason, items can be returned, unused and in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, I regret that earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty. Please note that commissioned pieces are non-returnable.
Please send returned items Recorded Signed For™ via Royal Mail, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. The delivery charge from the original order will not be refunded, with the exception of faulty goods or items sent in error. Returns are processed as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt. These goods will be replaced free-of-charge or refunded in full, and you will also be reimbursed for the cost of returning the item to Wildberry.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. You will be informed as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Product Representation
Every effort has been made to ensure that all product information is correct, however slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note that all items are handmade and are therefore subject to slight variation from the photograph shown on the website.
